A superior, multi-input D/A converter, the MDA1000 features an advanced, balanced/parallel design for unsurpassed clarity. Seven digital inputs insure compatibility with a wide range of digital components. The correct sampling frequency, from 32 to 96 kHz, is selected automatically for uniformly excellent sound from all digital sources. Outstanding channel separation of better than 100dB (1 kHz) provides pinpoint imaging. Standard compact discs are up sampled to 24 bit/768kHz resolution through the use of an ingenious balanced/parallel topology that employs no less than eight 24 bit digital to analog converters.
